For dairy, you can use soy and rice substitutes. Silk chocolate milk is really yummy. For eggs, you just need to toss out the yolks and use whites only or use egg substitute (which is just whites with some coloring and other ingredients). There are chicken, turkey and veggie hot dogs and sausages out there. You can make decaf iced tea or herbal iced tea (or my favorite, half decaf black and half fruity herbal iced tea). Chocolate is perfectly ok in moderation after a safe meal!

You can read labels to see the percentage of fat for each food item.

You'll just have to come to a point in your life where the pain and unpleasantness of IBS becomes a bigger problem then making food substitutions.
