I have had attacks from Peanut butter before and they were not pretty!!! Are you using low fat peanut butter? Even when I do that and spread it on paper thin it can upset my stomach. PB has a high fat content that some of us can't tolerate. This could be your problem ir it could be something else. Just thought I would offer a suggestion
