Hi, I have these on prescription to help with my D has anyone else taken these over a long period of time and if so was their any bad effects? The most that can be taken in one day is 8 but that does not help I want to take 8 everyday but dont want to create more problems by having so many worry about intestinal blockages etc where do you draw the line?
