I saw your lobster reciepe, it looks good, and I would try it, except I am skeptical about using fat free mayonnaise.
I use it on sandwiches, and it's good for that purpose, but when I make tuna saled with Cain's Fat Free Mayonnaise, it tastes awful.

I would hate to ruin expensive lobster meat with an inferior mayonnaise, what type do have?
