If I eat just a little too much (or sometimes just eating), my abdominal area becomes very bloated, and I feel like I can't breath deeply. This symptoms in itself actually CAUSES me anxiety, not the other way around. I push on my stomach a bit after eating, which seems to makes me breath and feel better. Sorry I'm not much help, but I still haven't found anything that relieves this.
