It does help with the IBS symptoms, probably because it does dry one out, and it does contain a pain reliever. I'm guessing that it indirectly helps. I wouldn't take it just for the IBS, though. I have found that using any type of medicine (except ibuprofen and immodium) for a prolonged period will make the IBS flare up in one way or another. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
