Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | More questions, hips and tail bone

Does anyone ever have their hips or tailbone area hurt? I don't seem to have any active gas right now, but my hips get sore (not really the bones, seems more surface than that) and my tailbone area is a little sore sometimes. I do have a hemmerhoid, could that cause it? I am just wondering if this is part of everything. I'm stressing myself out worrying and then tell myself not to worry but jeez it is so long between getting to consult. I have an appt with my gyn (who is the one that suggested IBS) on Thurs to make sure he doesn't think it is endo or something else they can test for and what I should do next. I just get panicky at times. Cold. I think I am just psyching myself out. I don't really have anyone to talk to about stuff so I get uber worried that this is so much more serious (and yet, I swear, I do not suffer as much as most of you seem to) so, just wondering if any of you ever had these particular things come up? I swear, for 50% of the populace having hemmerhoids at some time or another I can't seem to find much info on them really or find first hand experiencers to know if this is some of the problem. I'm also a little terrified of my period now (which is coming on) because when I have gotten to feeling the worst it is then.
