REALLY!? No way! I had no idea, I thought brown rice was a IF. Now I know I can try more recipes if I can afford quinoa, brown rice, and the rest of the foods you mentioned in your post. Thank you for clearing that up. I already eat oatmeal now and then. I'm more of a white rice fan, but now I know I can try brown rice if I decide to. I'm very glad you pointed this out. I don't need to worry about low-glycemic foods, but otherwise this post was very helpful.
