Hi, Biz, welcome to the site. Have you looked at the info on the site regarding yoga for IBS? You say you exercise a lot, so I thought I'd suggest that to change up your routine a bit and give you something else to try. Mostly, all I can do here is read posts and reply. I have absolutely very little resources to help myself - in other words money mostly. And IBS is not cheap, just like any diet isn't cheap. But this site is an amazing place to have around.
