Soy cheese - blech       06/13/06 04:41 AM Edit Reply Quote atomic rose Reged: 06/01/04 Posts: 7013 Loc: Maine (IBS-A stable since July '05!) I've tried every brand that's available up in my neck of the woods, and across the board, the stuff is HORRIBLE. Like sugary plastic that sucks the flavor out of everything it touches. The only exception I've found is the soy Parmesan, which actually tastes like Parmesan, amazingly enough. For the rest, I've just learned to live without cheese - it's not worth the taste-bud torture to learn to like the soy stuff. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
