after I have had the camera down my throat (which is on 28th June), The specialist has said to me if it is clear he will discharge me. So what do I do then?

do I need any more checks other than the colonoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound scan on my ovaries and blood tests?

How do I go about getting reffered to a dietrician/ nutritionist (sps?)

and how about the hypnosis? do I just ask my doc...I hate wasting their time though, which i feel like i am always doing.

Is there anything else people can suggest trying? (apart from yoga...i`ve tried and just can`t do it

)

anyhelp is appreciated, I`ve posted this in the living room too.
