nighttime bloating and cramps       03/13/03 07:20 AM Edit Reply Quote lovejoy_22 Reged: 02/21/03 Posts: 309 Loc: Henderson, NC I am not sure if anyone else has the same problem I have at night, but I think I discovered a cure last night. No matter whether I have a good day or not I always bloat up really bad at night. Last night I ended up going to bed really late and did not have time to put the heating pad on my stomach so I decided to use the Therma Care heat wraps for menstrual cramps and it worked wonders.
