I did a search about the cookies, but wondered if I could get any personal experiences with these. I went to a friend's house a week ago and found out she has similar belly issues..she said they changed her life... but then again, she doesn't have full out IBS. SO I know my people here are reliable! I cannot handle SFS too well. Acacia didn't work for me, and a few others made me very bloated, even wtih sticking with it for a few months... so I wonder if the cookies would be worth a try? They're in my pantry..just waiting!
