I did it, here in the UK, several months ago. It seems to be the most respected food intolerance test out there, and is the only one without negative press, etc. It is really easy to do, and you get your results really quickly.
Mine showed I have a high intoelrance of dairy, and since getting the results I avoid dariy 99.9% of the time, and I have been feeling much better - probably not a coincidence! It also showed lesser intolerances for a range of other foods, including wheat, gluten, maize, millet, and others. I am not quite so successful at cutting these out - as most gluten/wheat free alternatives to food have maize or millet in them, and I had an equal reaction to all. Therefore, I now try to eat as little gluten as possible - where I can I have the gluten free version (biscuits, cake, etc), but where I can't have something without it including one of my intolerances, for example bread, I just eat it - it would be near impossible to cut them all out, and still get enough soluble fibre.
They also give you sessions with a nutritionist which is really informative, and send you a selection of material helping you cut out the foods you are intolerant to.
Any questions let me know.
