I use french bread for sandwiches and such. The Bakery section in most grocery stores make fresh bread daily. French and sourdough are both safe. I don't like most of the Amy's products I've tasted and they are way overpriced. Basically what you need to stay away from is red meat, alcohol, dairy, high fat, caffeine, carbonation, fried foods, and egg yolks. I'm sure I missed a thing or two there. Base your meals on potatoes, breads, pasta, and rice. Sautee, broil, or steam your veggies and eat them in moderation. Take a multivitamin and explore all of the available soy/rice/tofu/almond alternatives at stores around you. Check with all of your local health food stores and check for sites on-line that deliver. Get lots of water and adequate sleep. Make sure that you indtroduce new foods one at a time so that you can ID a trigger if you have an attack. Make sure you get regular exercise and look into yoga, hypno, tai chi, anything that will calm and center your mind and body.
