Re: A bit ovewhelmed       06/04/06 04:00 PM Edit Reply Quote ladywalker0907 Reged: 01/30/04 Posts: 24 i have read this entire site over the last 2 weeks and i own the cookbook. i just noticed that there was more specific info on the message boards when it comes to ingredients (the weird ones that you can't pronounce) so that is why i posted my question. i have print outs of everything on IF and SF and carry them with me in my purse to help me shop. i found amy's foods at giant eagle and they are way too expensive and there wasn't much more than the pasta sauce that sounded appealing. i am very much a fan of morningstar and have been eating that stuff for lunch. i can't seem to find sandwich buns/rolls without HFCS...going to look around for some bakeries to check out. thanks for your reply!
