New - looking for some ideas       06/04/06 03:08 AM Edit Reply Quote jonny28 Reged: 06/04/06 Posts: 7 Hi there, I've been reading this site and board for a while and tried some of the things - now it's time to ask some questions!! My main problems sem to arise after having a BM. I only have one a day and they seem to be pretty normal. After I have finished my gut seems to be extremely overactive and I can visibly see it twitching and 'pulsing' away. This seems to create a build up of gas which takes a while to disipate. I also seem to get slight lower abdominal cramps after eating lunch and dinner - it gives me a feeling of trapped wind and a feeling that going to the toilet would make it better although I know that I don't actually need to. Am taking colpermin, plenty of herbal teas, am trying to follow the diet and am taking a small amount of acacia. Things seem to be getting worse not better and I don't know what to do. It is really ruining my life and making me very tearful and low (which is pretty embarassing for a 23 yr old male!!) I just want my life back thanks x Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
