The list of Soluble Fiber Foods that you get to from the Break The Cycle page (web page) is the entire list of soluble fiber foods that should form the base for any meal or snack. There are other foods that tend to be high in soluble fiber while being low in insoluble fiber (for example, peeled peaches tend toward the SF end), but the foods on the Soluble Fiber Foods list are what are meant when the EFI Diet talks about Soluble Fiber.

This doesn't mean these foods are all you can - or should - eat. Except for the trigger foods and irritants, you can eat anything, provided you do so carefully: after SF and chopped, cooked, pureed as needed to ease digestion.
