It tasted like Salmon burgers it was just that bad, I would like something that could be a substitute for meat. Again, is there a specific brand you purchase? I have two things which I am not sure are safe or not. I have Butterball lean ground Turkey with 7% fat. I also have Perdue Ground Turkey Burgers with 7 % fat. I would think these would be safe BUT the complexion of the meat is not white, can you let me know if I can have this?
