Hi and welcome to the boards!

This can be a little confusing. They both start from wheat. Whole wheat still has the bran. Once it's been processed more to have the bran removed, it's called white wheat flour. When they list ingredients, they'll usually just call it wheat flour. Just remember if it doesn't say 'whole' it's safe.

I usually either make my own bread or buy fresh baked Italian or French bread, so I can't really help you on brands. You'll have to check the ingredients. Or if you list where 'here' is (US, UK, etc.) someone may be able to give you a brand. Here's a thread on one brand: web page

You can also use pita bread or tortillas for some change too.
