About the strawberry soy - don't give up on soy just from trying one flavour. There are many different flavours and brands and it's a trial and error thing. My all time favourite is Silk brand Chocolate - it's divine. There is also almond milk which has a nice flavour. By all means, try the rice milk too - it just wasn't my favourite. It tasted like liquid rice to me.
