I'm not sure if you're stable yet, but once you've done the What to Eat When You Can't Eat ANything diet for a couple of days, you should try out a couple of the mock spaghetti sauces listed in the IBS recipe index. Here's a link to a popular one that uses beets as the base: Mock Tomato Sauce.

The only canned/pre-packaged tomato sauce that doesn't bother me is Newman's Own Marinara. Newman's Own Marinara Sauce It doesn't contain HFCS an disn't as high in fat as some of the others. Of course, I don't pour it on my pasta, couple of spoonfuls is enough.

There's a vegan rice or soy parmesan product made by Galaxy Foods. It tastes okay. Sometimes I will steam carrots and chopped broccoli (from frozen), add this to the spaghetti, along with bit of garlic salt or soy parmesan.

Right now my favorite way to eat pasta without tomato sauce is mixing tuna fish, frozen veggies with rotini pasta. Here's my recipeTuna Broccoli Pasta
