applesauce, smoothies made with some fruit and rice milk blended together, pureed veggies (like squash, cooked carrots), squash or sweet potato soup (made by Imagine). These would all contain fiber and would be in a liquid or more digestable form for you.

I make a homemade root veggie soup with sweet potato, carrots, pumpkin, squash, and parsnip. Add some gingerroot and cinnamon and boil in a little water until soft. Then, puree the whole thing in batches. Tons of safe fiber in a soup form.

Can you eat plain rice breads? Or cream of rice?

I would call the doctor's office and beg for an earlier appointment. Leave a message for the doctor to call you himself.

From you're previous posts, I would agree with AC and some others who suggested that it sounds more than IBS going on here.

If you have to go to the ER...then do that! They can't turn you away. You need nutrition soon! What are you currently eating/drinking?
