I think Heather's list was made before this whole grain revolution. Cocoa Puffs and Rice Chex are now made with whole grains. However, I don't have a problem with Rice Chex because it is so processed and doesn't even contain any fiber! This might be the same thing with Honeycomb - it might be very processed and fiber free as well. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
