I know that wheat bran is a terrible thing for IBS sufferers, but is oat bran safe? And if so, does anyone know if it's possible to substitute it for the wheat bran in bran muffins? I have a bran muffin recipe I absolutely love, and I haven't been able to make it in a very long time! I'm hoping this substitution will work so I can enjoy them again!
