Were they just dried with nothing added? Often bananas are fried in oil (10 grams of fat per serving). I do fine with Banana Crisps from Trader Joes (only 1 gram of fat) but I can't handle regular banana chips.

I also don't do well with pineapple - not sure if it's the insoluble fiber or the acidity.
