Just not working out...       04/29/06 01:32 PM Edit Reply Quote Life.Is.Random Reged: 03/06/06 Posts: 310 Loc: NJ This diet just doesn't seem to be helping me. The only part that seems to be making a little difference is the low-fat part, but besides that, I'm stumped. I've followed this diet religiously for a year or so and my IBS has actually gotten worse... I've become very paranoid about eating the right foods and what to avoid, which I think is stressing digestive system out! I think I'm going to try this Maker's diet thing, but I'm afraid that I'm just going to get even worse from that! The only thing I think I'll change about that diet is to making it a low-fat version.
