But what the heck is left to eat? Almost all the gluten alternatives are made with rice flours. What can you eat in the grain department? What breads/cereals/ etc?

I'm on the fence with getting tested. I'm afraid I might just become afraid of even more foods than I already am. And York told me if I am not currently eating a particular food (like soy, bananas, gluten, etc) it will show that I am okay with them even though I may not be if I ate them. They believe if you abstain from the food for a while, you will eventually be able to eat it again. That doesn't make much sense to me...

I've read good things about this company though. And if I did get the testing, I would go with them, after having researched 3 other companies.

Keep us updated on how you feel! Are you stil going to follow the IBS diet and guidelines? Or just go with the test results?
