I wouldn't eat GF if I had your test results either, Kim. Only One elevated antibody which wasn't even high enough to be positive...I think you should be just fine eating gluten!
My 2 antibodies were pretty high. I did have the gene test already...but that was normal...so I know I don't have full celiac disease. The problem is that the doctors are still arguing about whether there are degrees of gluten intolerance...and that people with celiac are not the only ones that should avoid gluten. Some doctors believe that having some of the antibody test come back positive means there is a problem with gluten...just not celiac. Others disagree. they say many people can test positive for the antibodies....even people who have no GI distress at all...and it is fine for them to eat gluten. This is such a mess.
Good luck with overcoming your anxiety. For what it's worth, I persoanally don't think it should be a problem for you to eat gluten at all.
BTW, what do you put in your tortilla wrap? I found some of them last weekend.
