Received my IBS diet kit in the mail!       04/14/06 02:51 PM Edit Reply Quote bloatedmommy Reged: 04/06/06 Posts: 3 Loc: Texas I'm so happy. I received the diet kit in the mail yesterday and started right away with the Acacia tummy fiber, fennell tea and peppermint caps. I've taken peppermint before so I'm glad I have two more bottles now. The fennell tea smells so good and with some honey added it's delicious! I can already tell a difference in my IBS symptoms! The bloating is going away, no cramping today and the gas is disappearing! How awesome is that? I can't believe I waited this long to buy Heather's products! Also, I got the Eating for IBS book, and can't wait to start trying out some of the yummy recipes. If I'm already having improvement after only one day of using the products, I can't imagine how I'll be once I start implementing the diet and eating the proper way all the time.
