IBS with constipation       04/14/06 11:02 AM Edit Reply Quote Janetkc Reged: 04/14/06 Posts: 1 I would like to see more info from fellow sufferers of the IBS with constipation. I don't have "attacks" of pain and diarrhea, which is the more common affliction of IBS, but do struggle to be "regular" and not try to pass rocks, which are painful as well. For those of you on the opposite end of the spectrum, you can't imagine how uncomfortable it is, and how worrisome. I am following Heather's diet plan and using the Acacia powder, which have helped, but hope some of you have more tips for me. I'm newly diagnosed and trying to find a balance.
