I have just been diagnosed with IBS. I think this site is so helpful. I have been on Zellnorm for a month now and am still experiencing strong symptoms so I figured I would go for diet regulation.

In the past I've tried high fiber diets, not realizing the difference between insoluble and soluble - eating all whole grains which probably wasn't good.

My biggest question is - Oils, things like tomato sauce and ketchup and stuff liek that all have oils in them. Are htey good to eat? Any suggestions? Thanks!
