Thanks again. I am surprised it takes this long for the stomach to get back to normal. I am relieved if this is still the aftermath of the cleanse, but disturbed nonetheless. I didn't realize it was THIS potent.

Meal 2 Turkey Breast Sandwich on White Bread w/lettace, light mayonnaise, hot peppers Pretzels Peaches/Applesauce
