No way, no how. So if you notice that you're having problem with wheat products, get allergy testing AND get tested for celiac. If you've had the tests already, have them again - esp the allergy testing. It's possible that you've been misdiagnosed.
On the other hand, you mention whole wheat products being a consistent trigger, and that's understandable. Whole wheat products should be treated as insoluble fiber. What you're looking to be eating for a soluble fiber base are white breads and crackers, potatoes, rice, pasta. Not whole wheat. So if you've still been trying to eat whole wheat products and have had problems, do try switching to white and see if the problems continue.
