I didn't follow the diet in the Dominican because I was doing really well before leaving and had my IBS under control(well, sort of!) but since I have been back (and even at the end of my trip there) it has become unbearable, I have never been in so much pain. I think you are right about seeing my doctor to rule out any other causes, but I can't even get an appointment until next week. Until then I guess I should just stay on the restricted diet?
