You are so organised that this trip is bound to be a success. Maybe mention to the hotel that you will need boiled potatoes (as mash will be full of butter/cream) in advance, or white rice (or check their menu online if poss) as you have planned so well that you don't want it all thrown upside down by them.
Good work on the shopping too, I could do with hitting the shops, and I adore handbags so am very jealous of your new one.
