Hi, I'm new to this board and I've learned quite a bit by just reading a lot of the posts here, thank you very much for that. I'm trying to put together a diet by using Heathers advice while tinkering with it a little bit depending on how I react to certain foods.
I'm a 39 year old(My birthday today! man am I old), 6-1, 186lb male. Since it sounds like white bread is about the only bread that I can eat, I want to make sure that the ingredients don't send up any red flags.
The ingredients read: Unbleached - Unbrominated - Unenriched White Flour, Water, Honey, Yeast, Salt.
Please let me know what you think and how many pieces I could eat a day? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jon
