Try TONS of hot, strong peppermint tea. It has a natural pain reliever, plus a muscle relaxant, and I consider it my miracle drug. Also, try instead of 3 meals a day to eat constantly throughout the day in very small portions. Make sure you eat lots of soluble fibre. Bananas, applesauce, potatoes, rice, pasta, SF veggies, and add well cooked, mashed or pureed insoluble veggies slowly as you can tolerate them.
