colds & c       03/25/06 08:13 AM Edit Reply Quote jaime g Reged: 07/27/05 Posts: 961 Loc: new york city so i've come down with a pretty bad cold, and, one day in, i can already tell that i'm headed towards c. (i'm an a.) i'm still taking my sfs, but the idea of eating my usual if veggies is none too appealing - i'm in jello and popsicles and soup mode right now. i also think being sick, aside from food, is contributing, too. any advice for keeping my ibs stable while i'm dealing with a major cold? -------------------- jaime ibs-a (mostly d) // vegetarian Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
