not much of a recipe ...

I kind of just threw a ton of things in together. In my freezer I had calimari, flounder filet, some random fish cubes (tuna and salmon, I think), some shrimp, half a bag of brussel sprouts (I know, interesting freezer ... ). I put all that in my slow cooker with some V8, some vegetable stock, some white wine, a couple tablespoons of medium salsa and some tobasco, and a few garlic cloves. If you want to increase the SF content you can cube up some potatoes and add them in during the last hour. I think I cooked it about 7 hours but 5 would probably do. I have it frozen in batches now (so pretty much everything has been restored to my freezer in a new form!). Anyway sorry it's not much of a recipe -- I'm more of an impromptu chef.
