She told me I could take 4 ibuprofen every 8 hours and that I should do that continually for a couple of days to keep ahead of it. She said though that if I have another couple periods like this one to call back and prob. come in. So far I'm okay today. Tired, I'm sure from all that pain last night but I'm planning to be back to work tomorrow. Boy o boy that was a rough night...
