A lot of people here have acid reflux (is that a coincidence?)and have reactions to spices such as cinnamon. As for the pumpkin bread just cut back or eliminate some of the spices and try it again. There are some terrific recipes on this site and I'm getting better at converting most regular recipes into IBS safe ones. Some flops but getting better.
