I love to cook chicken with Heather's BBQ sauce from the EFI cookbook. She uses it on her pizza recipe, but it tastes awesome on oven baked chicken as well.
If you don't have the book it's basically just ketchup, ground chipotle pepper, white vinegar and honey. I use about 4 oz. of ketchup, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1 tsp honey, and season to taste with the chipotle.
I also stir fry my chicken in a homemade teriyaki sauce. It's 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 tbsp. canola oil, 1/2 tsp. ground mustard, and 1/2 tsp. ground ginger! This sauce goes well on anything!
