Depression pushed me off-track....       03/17/06 07:03 PM Edit Reply Quote Alli Reged: 04/23/05 Posts: 195 What should I do? I was doing so well with the diet, and there was this one night where I ate too much of a good thing (which isn't really a big deal because I have recovered from overindulging before) and I suddenly broke down. I have trouble sleeping, socializing, everything. Depression runs in my family and I have a feeling this might have something to do with it, but it has completely destroyed my diet. I have been trying to start over again, but by the end of the day I mess it up. My will-power, my motivation to get well has completely diminished. I don't know what to do. I have been like this now for over 5 weeks. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Or is there seriously something wrong with me. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
