While your pharmacist should be very knowledgable where medications are concerned they shouldn't be diagnosing you. I binged last weekend and drank 6 caffeeine free pepsi's. Could this be related. Oh my goodness! When I cut soda out of diet, my attacks were reduced by at least half. The very worst attacks I ever had were casued by Pepsi. There are a lot of foods on the safe list that aren't very expensive. Potatoes, rice, bread, pasta are all very affordable. You can buy spices in bags rathers than in the containers and they are much cheaper. There are also great prices at Farmers Markets. Cut out all of those triggers.
