I use soy sauce on my rice without much problem. The sodium would probably be good for you. I also use sugar and cinnamon on rice but a lot of people say cinnamon bothers them. Sometimes, no often, I eat a baked potato with fleshmans original margarine, has no dairy but watch the fat intake. Hope you feel better soon.
