I think I will invest in the acacia then. I`ve not officially been diagnosed with ibs. I am having tests to eliminate everything else at the moment but its been going on since 2004...you must know how slow the nhs are...so that is why I am uncertain in buying it. Do you use any of heathers other goodies and follow her diet? Jo x
