Hi Flipada, Oh yes, I eat more veggies and fruit and whole
grains, don't forget the whole grains. I usually eat a one
cup bowl of Raisin Bran about an hour after my breakfast
oatmeal, plus I typically have some whole grain breads with
lunch and dinner. If you're still not going well enough,try
some Miralax or other osmotic laxatives. Additionally,if your
IBS has been severe an SSRI AD may be in order.I take Paxil
as you probably read, Prozac is a very good one though.Very
sorry about your children, I wish you the best in getting
them stabilized! -Bob
