It is not surprising that a 7 year old is a picky eater. Most of them are. I agree with the food tips K2 has given. Try steaming the broccoli to make it easier to digest. But I'm concerned about the pain and bloating he is feeling. Has he been to a doctor? I know it can be very embarassing for a child but I would want to make sure that it is just IBS. If it is, then no prob, all the answers are here. I hope he starts feeling better and thank you for helping him. I was on my own with IBS from about age 12 on until I found Heather. So it's great to see he has help.
