Hi. I have IBS-C, also. I take a probiotic (Bifidopholus Flora Force) twice a day (2 in AM and 2 in PM). It took my nausea away to a great degree. Also, not a quick food, but, I make fresh ginger tea with honey quite often, not only for queasiness, but for upset stomach, too. And/or Ginger Chews. Also, believe it or not!!!! (and it IS in Heather's IBS book) Catnip tea (fresh dried tea leaves - Whole Foods Market). It helps with a nausea, insomnia, tension, stomach pain, etc. etc. Hope you feel better, too.
